Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is placed, you can expect an email confirming that your order is being processed.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. The free shipping discount will be applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Please keep in mind that occasional delays may happen due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays, carrier issues, weather disruptions, or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible. For orders placed in the USA, most customers can expect to receive their items within 4–9 business days after processing.
